All purchases are final unless required by local law. Minors must have parental consent to make purchases.

5. Apps/Games Data and Progress

We store your progress on our servers. We are not responsible for data loss caused by bugs, device failure, or deletion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content is the property of Nextway Studio Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce or modify any part of our apps/games.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations or operational needs.

8. Disclaimers

The apps/games are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted access.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to what you spent in the last 6 months in our apps/games.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, unless local law overrides.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of our apps/games means you agree to the updated version.
